AZOT
This house was the refuge, the studio, and the heart of Alexander Zoteev, the painter known as AZOT. His works traveled the world, exhibited in numerous galleries and honored with international awards.
Alexander was a man of light — deeply positive, joyful, and filled with love for others. He loved opening his home, welcoming people in, sharing moments and laughter, always with a wide, sincere, generous smile.
The artist is gone, yet his presence still inhabits these walls. The house continues to live through Lidia, his wife, his muse, his lifelong love. She spends the winters here, surrounded by silence and memories, and when summer comes, she welcomes travelers, allowing the paintings to breathe, to converse with the light, and to tell, again and again, the story of AZOT.
